Ingredients:

Cardstock: Wild Wasabi, Cherry Cobbler, Very Vanilla & Holly Berry Bouquet Designer Series Paper
Stamp: Many Merry Messages
Ink: Cherry Cobbler
Ribbon: Victoria 5/8" Crochet Trim & Cherry Cobbler Striped Grosgrain
Punch: 1" circle
Accessories: Antique Brads, Designer Buttons & Linen Thread

Recipe:

Make a wreath base by tracing two plates (one large and one small in the middle) onto chipboard and cut out.
You will want 3 (three) sizes of lolly flowers.
Cut 6 (six) of each length of paper:
1" x 11" AND 1 1/4" x 11 AND 1 1/2" x 11
Using your simply scored tool, score each strip horizontally every 1/4 inch.
Accordion fold each piece and adhere the ends together to form a cillinder.
"Squish" the circle down together in the center to create your flower.
Hot glue a 1" circle on the center on each side.
Decorate each Lolly flower as desired.
Adhere Lollies to the wreath frame and embellish with buttons, brads, ribbon and greetings!
